AI... of Human-kind! Which Came First, The Chicken Or The Egg?
Several decades back, you might recall a publication describing our growing dependency upon machines, apparatus, and AI. On many occasions, I have tried to bring consciousness to this phenomenon of artificial intelligence's abilities in generating and/or re-creating itself... over and over again. What formerly was a' science-fiction' narrative has been brought to bear, in living color, a scientific truth.
The guide, Device Machine Dependent, has clarified descriptions and instances where robots or robotics have been made to emulate the activities, skills, and appearance(s) of mankind... Human-Like"; The Picture of Its Creator!

How frequently have you're on your vehicle and engaged in a shouting match or argumentative interaction with your GPS' or interface that is onboard? Aw, c'mon now... haven't you gotten mad and yelled in the apparatus once the voice behind it gives you screwed up or wrong directions? Sure you've got.

The virus blocked all access to files, programs, mainframes, and networks unless the computer's owner(s) paid a ransom. The elicit-able funds could only be compensated through" Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is online currency that is almost impossible to trace. The Bitcoin currency is traded for purchasing a"ransom key" Often, victims have paid the money simply not to get the key to unlock their computers (or even ) systems, losing both their cash and their information.
This episode should serve as a major wake-up call for users with the much encouraged"must-do" process (s) on PCs and Internet devices in their maintenance or usage and the prevention of viruses, botnets, web-crawlers, malware, worms, etc.. )
I agree with author, Doug Shadel, in suggesting that users/owners regularly backup your files to an external drive or remote storage support; possess a pop-up blocker running in your internet browser at all times; instantly leave sites you have been routed to without your permission; use a reputable antivirus program - keeping it updated in any way times; ensure your software (and anti-virus applications ) is up to date; do not click on links or open attachments from email addresses you don't know; and purchase only legitimate software - and register it.

How long is it before humans (man-kind) are completely out-thought by AI - becoming completely and utterly our replacements rather than becoming our once-upon-a-time servants?
